![]() Even the Moons are a joke before getting any of the Lunar items, so I personally wouldn't say that the the Moons are post-game content at all, they're just more of a sidequest post-Plantera. I definitely wouldn't mind some sort of post-game content that actually gives use to the Luminite and Moon Lord items. I really love that Beetle armor variation, we can choose to be tanky or going full dps. The main point is, Re-Logic can keep adding new Events without adding new stronger armor sets.Dungeon Guardian won't 1 shot you at this time. 3 beetle x 15% + 17% worm + 25% frozen shell + 10% endurance + 24% six warding = 121% increased armor * 73 = 161 armor rating which if we put into formula will be roughly ~79% damage reduction. DR cap can be achieved with Beetle Shell armor.Change Warding prefix to be +% increased armor rating.Change direct damage reduction Accessories (beetle shell armor/worm scarf/frozen shell) to Increase Armor Rating by percentage.Why we need a natural DR ? Because of course nobody of you want to get rekt by a Zombie with 2 hits early game.Pair of Boots will naturally add another 5%.We could use %Damage Reduction(DR) instead of normal damage reduction.Rework defense/armor mechanic, because 1 damage reduction per 2 defense is encouraging us to keep adding that number and unlock many cheesy strats (standing in dungeon spikes which supposed to hurt us instead of protecting us).INSTEAD of more powerful version of S.D.M.G or any projectile swords. Or Last Prism which drain almost all mana for greater good. All i really suggest it that we can create new Unique weapons such Vertex Gun which launch rockets along with bullets. I already one shot most common mobs with 1-2 hits with Horseman Blade. ![]() 100 base damage could reach 200 with proper accessories (not including prefixes and armor sets). Instead of creating new overpowered items. Re-Logic can keep adding new content which is of course stronger (or even mid game content rather than end game) without making older hardly crafted item become obsolete.So what's the point of having this suggestion ?īecause i expect this game to be more adventurous with many diversities and different playstyles. Took us 7+ minutes, but the struggle is paid off in the end by granted the access of Dungeon. Or killing Skeletron at 2nd night with me using Frostburn and my friend using Fire bows (it stacks). The feel of getting Night's Edge with actual hard work is satisfying. Because everytime i reach the end game one-shotting anything, i'm quickly bored and decided to create a new character with new world to enjoy that struggle that make this game even better. I want to wack Moon Lord with post HM item and trying to kill Fishron with Sunlight Spear (that fiery throwing spear) with actual fun in it. What i suggest to the next update is to scale down this end game thing so they would make same powerful thing with diversities.
